How to use the Entity Search:
To find the name of a business owner just click on the relevant state’s entity search. Enter the business legal name where prompted and extract the filing where you will find the business owner’s name.
How to use the UCC Search:
You can locate UCC liens per state by clicking the relevant state’s UCC search. Enter the business name where prompted to see any liens put on the business by lending companies. Or make a UCC search of Lending company to find business liens it has in place.
