As an Independent Sales Operator, you will work side by side with our finance experts to offer, present, communicate, and close deals with prospective clients you bring to the table. You will be the face and voice of our company, and it is expected of you to have passion for helping people, an ability to initiate conversations, act as a professional, and speak candidly and eloquently.

Your job requires that you generate leads of businesses in need of working capital or loans, engage them in conversation, and convert them into clients by filling out an application and submitting it with all required documents.

Qualifications:
  • This job is not for everyone. Not anyone can do it. You’ll need a certain drive and temperament to succeed.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Approaching prospects in any way you can, cold calls, emails, door-to-door, website organic search; advertising on google, facebook, twitter, instagram, tiktok, newspapers, and any other way you can think of.
  • Filling out applications with prospects and collecting supporting documents. 
  • Applying with us with a full sales packet. 
  • Be able to tackle constant rejection head on. 
  • Be a self starter and your own boss. 
  • Be professional at all times. Courteous and self motivated.
